At Verano Hill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
